Back in 2021 was the first time I started paying attention to mental health and having daily check-ins with myself. I started this series ‘How do you feel today?’ I wanted to create awareness about regular self check-ins. I collaborated with many artists over the world and was so grateful that some pieces from the series made it to the Victoria Hall of Fame in London.






For this article I wanted to come up with a technique suitable for everyone.
